5. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank's processing time. Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days.
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the amount of service used. This is calculated on a pro-rata basis from the date of your refund request. For example, if you request a refund halfway through your billing period, you may receive a 50% refund.
7. Cancellation vs Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. If you want a refund for the current period, you must specifically request one.
8. Payment Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company before contacting us, we may be unable to process a direct refund. In such cases, please contact us immediately so we can work together to resolve the issue.
